Pacer Technology has completed its previously announced sale of its California Chemical product line to Esschem Inc. for $500,000 in cash, plus the transfer by Esschem to Pacer of 145,000 Pacer shares owned by Esschem. The stock transfer represents roughly 4.5 percent of Pacer's outstanding shares.
