J.D. Edwards Affirms CRM Strategy.(customer relationship management solution)(Brief Article)

J.D. Edwards chairman, president and CEO Ed McVaney affirmed the company's need for an integrated customer relationship management (CRM) solution as part of its mid-enterprise strategy, but emphasizes that it is not dissolving its relationship with Siebel. The company says it will continue with its plans to deliver its second integration of J.D.

Edwards software with Siebel software in June 2001 and will deliver an enhanced version of this integration in December 2001.
