Potash Corp. of Saskatchewan Inc. has bought an 18 percent stake in Sociedad Quimica y Minera de Chile SA (SQM) for roughly 91.5 billion pesos ($129 million). The purchase represents about 34 percent of the issued and outstanding class A shares of SQM and about 18 percent of the total issued and outstanding equity shares of SQM.
