CROWN FOR SALE Crown Central Petroleum Corp., Baltimore, Md., has engaged Turner, Mason & Co. to assist in marketing its Pasadena, Tex., refinery assets and explore options relative to the future operations of the Tyler refinery and the company's terminal assets. Subsequent to the merger with a subsidiary of Rosemore Inc., Crown has concluded that it is desirable to consider the sale of its refineries and related assets.
Crown operates two Texas refineries with a total capacity of 152,000 barrels per day and 13 product terminals.
