CAUSTIC SODA Dow Chemical Company is raising its off-list selling prices for all grades of caustic soda sold in the US by $50 per dry short ton, basis 76 percent Na2O. The increase is effective immediately for all spot customers and as contract terms permit. Olin Corp. is raising its off-schedule prices for all grades of liquid caustic soda by $50 per short ton, anhydrous basis (Canada, CAN$80 per metric ton), not to exceed list prices, effective immediately or as contracts permit.

Schedule prices are f.o.b. shipping point.
