Cimnet Inc., a software provider for manufacturing execution systems (MES), has formed a partnership reauthorization with Microsoft Corp.'s Microsoft Business Solutions for the purpose of integrating Cimnet's Factelligence solution with Microsoft's Axapta for the upper mid-market. The combined solution offering is specifically designed for growing manufacturing businesses in the $100 million to $800 million range.

The combined offering provides a "designed for" mid-market ERP/MES suite built on Microsoft standards while eliminating costly integration costs normally associated with implementing both an ERP (enterprise resource planning) and MES solution independently.
