JOHN C. ORR John C. Orr has been named president and chief operating officer of Myers Industries Inc. He joined Myers in 2000 as general manager of the company's Buck-horn subsidiary, a leading manufacturer of reusable plastic material handling containers and pallets. Before coming to Myers, Mr. Orr was with the Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company for 28 years.
