Avaya has developed a unified messaging product that allows mobile workers to access voice messaging, Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft Outlook functions, such as e-mail, calendar and task list management, using conversational phrases from any phone. With simple, spoken conversational phrases, mobile workers can easily place a phone call or set up a conference call with multiple parties during an ongoing conversation.
