I thought the December article "Spotlight On: Wireless Devices" was well written, however I think it did not do justice to the many other implications for customer interaction management and CRM. While the market studies were interesting, they did not contribute to a better understanding of the direction that enterprise interaction management will be taking in the near future with handheld devices.

This is much more important at this stage of technology evolution than telling users how to deal with vendors who can't really deliver all the solution pieces yet.
