Desktop soft phones, dynamic IVR, skills-based routing, screen pop integrated to its CRM software and supervisory consoles for real-time monitoring, are just a few of the software features PeopleSoft has deployed.

The software will support 208 company representatives in Pleasanton, CA, and an additional 68 representatives via remote support in Santa Clara, CA. and Teaneck, NJ.
