AG Communication Systems, a subsidiary of Lucent Technologies, and Tone Commander Systems, a manufacturer of ISDN (Integrated Services Digital Network) telephony products, joined forces at Call Center & CRM Solutions to demonstrate interoperability between Tone Commander's 6200 Series ISDN phones and Lucent's ClientCare Call Center.

The partnership means customer contact centers interested in ClientCare's functionality can simply upgrade existing Tone Commander phones, sidestepping the cost of installing new telephony equipment.
