Mercom Systems Inc. will use Microsoft's ASP. NET development architecture for its browser-based call playback and evaluation system, Interaction Quality (IQ). IQ leverages Mercom's latest Audiolog 3.00 call recording software, which supports Microsoft Windows 2000 and the Microsoft SQL 2000 database for increased system scalability.
