Name Kourakos Mdsg. V-P at The Arrow Co. NEW YORK -- John Kourakos has been named merchandising vice-president of The Arrow Co., taking over duties previously performed by William Droeger, who was recently named Arrow president.
Kourakos is currently executive vice-president of merchandising at Calvin Klein men' wear division of Bidermann Industries. The move to Arrow takes effect Nov. 1.
Droeger was executive vice-president at Arrow, and held the top merchandising spot for four years. In the Arrow post, Kourakos will be in charge of merchandising for all products, which include dress and sport shirts, sweaters, jackets, furnishings and boys' wear. He will report to Droeger.
