William Meyers, Wife Buy 8.5% Aca Joe Stake, Mull Purchase WASHINGTON (FNS) -- An 8.5 per cent stake in Aca Joe, Inc., common stock has been acquired by private investor William A. Meyers of Hillsborough, Calif., and his wife Lucero Meyers, the group said in a filing with the SEC Monday.
The Meyers said they have begun informal discussions with third parties regarding proposals to make a significant investment in or to acquire Aca Joe. However, the filing added that there could be no assurance of any proposal being made. According to the filing, Meyers had been a member of Aca Joe's board, but resigned on May 12. He and his wife together hold 1,585,632 Aca Joe shares.
