Tootal, Japanese Building Finish Plant in Dundee LONDON (FNS) -- The Tootal Group PLC of Britain is building a 16 million pound ($28.2 million) fabric finishing plant in Dundee, Scotland, in a partnership with two Japanese firms, Jurabo Industries and Toyo Menka Kaisha of Japan.

The modern technology at the plant will help Tootal to respond to growing customer demands for high quality and faster response times, and to foster international growth for the company, according to Geoffrey Maddrell, chief executive.
