NUTMEG IS ABC SPORTS LICENSEE TAMPA, Fla. -- Nutmeg Industries, Inc., has signed a long-term licensing agreement with ABC Sports, Inc., for ABC's trademarks on a worldwide basis. The trademarks include "ABC Sports," "ABC Monday Night Football" and "ABC's Wide World of Sports."

According to Richard E. Jacobson, Nutmeg chairman and chief executive officer, the agreement also allows Nutmeg to use ABC's photography and videotape library to create graphics for a wide range of apparel products.

ABC and Nutmeg, a sports apparel producer, will jointly develop on-air graphics and logos for ABC's college football telecasts.

Nutmeg is also licensed by the four major U.S. professional sports organizations, to use team logos, names, cartoon characters...
