LOS ANGELES -- Guess, Inc., has signed a licensing agreement with Paul Davril, Inc., to manufacture and distribute men's casual sportswear under the Guess Men Classic label.
In addition, Guess has sold its boys' division to Davril for an undisclosed amount. The division accounted for some $40 million in sales in 1991.
The men's collection will include woven tops, polo knits, twill pants, jackets and sweaters.
The boys' line will offer woven and knit tops, casual and denim bottoms, jackets and sweaters. Under Davril, the collection will be expanded to sizes 8-20.
