Calvin Klein Inc will sell its men's underwear, women's intimate apparel and men's accessories businesses to Warnaco Group for $64 million, enabling Klein to be debt-free as soon as the deal is done. Klein may also license other divisions of his company as part of a business strategy. Warnaco has contracted with Klein to continue as designer of men's underwear and accessories, as well as women's intimate apparel.
NEW YORK -- Two industry giants agreed to tie the knot Tuesday.
