NEW YORK -- John O'Rourke has been named acting executive director for Clothiers Corp.

This confirms reports in Wednesday's DNR, Page 2.

David Raymond resigned Tuesday as executive director of the men's and boys' wear buying office.

Tom Dell, chairman of Clothiers, said: "John is a very capable man. We feel very comfortable with him."

O'Rourke, who is Clothiers' cliothign buyer, will continue in that roles as well, Dell said.

"We have the search committee looking at both John and other potential candidates for the permanent position," he added.

Also on Wednesday, Edwin Mosher, owner of Mosher's in San Jose, Calif., and the reigning president of ARA, said the departure of Raymond will not affect the buying...
