To be launched in mid-July
NEW YORK -- Peerless International has been licensed by Polo Ralph Lauren Corp. to manufacture and market a collection of tailored clothing with the new Ralph by Ralph Lauren label for spring '95.
This marks the launch of the label for the men's wear market. It was first introduced by Polo for women's wear for spring '94, incorporating the former Roughwear, Classics and Jeans under one label.
The first line of Ralph men's clothing for spring, to be designed by Lauren, will be introduced in mid-July. Suits will be priced to retail from $475 to $525; sport coats from $295 to $400 and slacks from $100 to $185. Fabrics will come from Italy, England and Spain.
