NEW YORK -- Robert C. Grayson has been named to the newly created positions of vice-chairman of the board of directors of the Tommy Hilfiger Corp. and chairman of its Tommy Hilfiger Retail, Inc.
Grayson has served as a director on the board of the company in a non-executive position since August 1993. He came to the company after spending more than 20 years at The Limited, Inc. He was CEO of its Lerner New York division when he left.
Hilfiger's retail arm is comprised of two divisions, the outlet stores division led by Jeffrey Cohen, president, and the specialty store division headed up by Terry Pritkin, president.
Both executives now report to Grayson.
