Bloomingdale's to stage promotion on Guess line beginning Friday. (Brief Article)

NEW YORK -- Bloomingdale's is teaming up with Guess for what is being touted as the store's largest promotion ever with a denim resource.

Beginning on Friday, Bloomingdale's 59th Street flagship as well as its 14 branches will kick off The World of Guess at Bloomingdale's promotion bringing together nearly all of Guess's product categories.

Designed to tie-in with the back-to-school selling period, each day of the week will highlight a different category of Guess merchandise.

On Friday, Melrose Place hearthrob Andrew Shue will make a personal appearance from noon to 2 p.m. in the juniors department on the second floor. Shue will be on hand to raise money for Do Something, a charity which seeks to inspire youth under 30 to take...
