NEW YORK -- Myron Ullman, currently chairman/CEO of R.H. Macy & Co., will join DFS Group Ltd. on Feb. 1 as chairman/CEO.

DFS is a San Francisco-based retailer, which operates 150 duty-free shops in airports and major downtown shopping areas around the world.

Ullman will succeed Adrian Bellamy, who is retiring.

As reported, Ullman, 47, has said that he will leave Macy's on Jan. 31, at the conclusion of a transition period following the company's merger with Federated Department Stores. The merger of the two retail giants is expected to be concluded in December.
