Specialty retailer Pierre Jubinville, a former dairy farmer from Ontario, Canada, is enjoying great success with the men's underwear store he opened in Fort Lauderdale, FL, in 1990. He leased space on a then very-run-down street and watched it become trendy. As the street is also a popular night spot, Jubinville's store, Audace, also keeps late evening hours. Audace carries a very wide range of men's intimate apparel, along the same lines as stores found in Canada and Europe, and Jubinville also stocks sportswear and accessories. However, the focus is very definitely underwear.
