Fab names Myers, Hopp co-presidents.(Fab Industries Inc., Steven Myers, Bernard Hopp)(Brief Article)

NEW YORK -- Steven Myers and Bernard Hopp have been named co-presidents of Fab Industries Inc., and Stanley August has been named vice-chairman. All three will report to Sampson Bitensky, chairman and CEO.

Under recently amended bylaws, the two presidents will also serve as the company's chief operating officers.

Myers has been with Fab since 1979, most recently as vice-president in charge of operations. Hopp, a consultant with Fab since 1995, is principally in charge of the company's lace business. August, with Fab since 1980, most recently has been vice-president in charge of the circular-knit operations. He will continue to hold this responsibility.
