Grapevine Mills, a 1.5 million-square foot outlet mall, will open on Oct. 30, 1997. The off-price mall will house retailers such as Saks Fifth Avenue, J.C. Penney, Burlington Coat Factory, Gap Outlet and Marshalls. Grapevine Mills, which is located between Dallas and Forth Worth, Texas, will take on close by upscale malls such as the Dallas Galleria and Valley View Center. Grapevine has a 8,500 on-site parking lot and entertainment to accommodate its customers. About 14 to 16 million customers are expected to visit the mall yearly.
