Amid a slew of parties in honor of The Collective show at Pier 94 last week, Hugo Boss was, as usual, at the forefront. And only a diplomat like Hugo Boss USA president Marty Staff could get New York Met Mike Piazza and New York Yankee Roger Clemens to the same party -- and while the two never spoke, at least no broken bats were thrown.
The shindig celebrated Hugo Boss's fall men's collection and the baseball players joined Jason Kidd of the New York Nets, nightclub impresario Mark Baker and BET host A.J. Calloway in grooving to deejay Samantha Ronson's crowd-pleasing hip-hop. ...
