Besides being one of the more style-conscious demographic groups, young men are also one of the most value-conscious. (How many 16-year-olds can drop a grand on Cavalli jeans?) So, it should come as no great surprise that in this list of where 13- to 24-year-old boys/men spend their casual-apparel dollars, discount and value retailers prevail.
