Stodgy. But I developed my personal style back when stodgy was attractive. I started in the business in 1959, at a fine Baltimore specialty store called Hamburger's.

WHAT DO YOU LIKE TO WEAR?

Alan Flusser makes most of my suits. I go to Charvet for my shirts and ties. Kenneth Cole -- I'm on his board. I'm a fan of Ralph Lauren and Polo, especially Purple Label.

WHERE DO YOU SHOP?

I still think Saks Fifth Avenue is a great men's store. [Miller stepped down as chairman of Saks Fifth Avenue in 2001.] Yes, I still get a discount there. I also think Paul Stuart and Richards of Greenwich are tremendous stores.
