It all started about six years ago with Paul Frank's stitching a funny-looking monkey named Julius onto wallets and selling them at the newsstand where he worked. Now, with 12 stores and 75 employees, Paul Frank has emerged as something of a fashion icon with a devoted following and an ever-expanding product line.
