NEW YORK -- David Lawrence is wearing two hats.
For the past seven years, Lawrence has been president of Individualized Apparel Group's Aquascutum of London division, overseeing the British brand that has been licensed to IGA for clothing, furnishings and sport shirts since January 1995. But earlier this summer, Lawrence's responsibilities doubled when he added the title of president of H. Freeman, another IAG property, succeeding Lou Mastro, who had been interim president. "Combining the two roles resulted from my long association with the Freeman factory in Philadelphia," said Lawrence from his office in Atlanta.
