Blue Holdings Inc. common stock was approved for listing on the Nasdaq Capital Market, and will commence trading on that exchange on April 26, under the new ticker symbol BLUE. The public company, which markets the Antik Denim, Taverniti So and Yanuk premium denim brands, was previously listed on the over-the-counter bulletin board.

Joan Hilson was promoted to CFO of American Eagle Outfitters, filling the vacancy left by Laura Weil, who departed last September for the COO position at Ann Taylor Stores. Prior to joining American Eagle eight months ago as senior vice-president of finance, Hilson served as CFO for Limited Brands' Victoria's Secret stores.
