NEW YORK - In a marked departure from the typical client/advertising agency relationship, Haggar Clothing Co. has formed a creative and strategic partnership with Crispin Porter Bogusky that includes a minor equity position in the Dallas-based slacks and sportswear company.
The move was spearheaded by Stephen Croncota, Haggar's new chief marketing officer, who explained that the agency's role will include product development, new business development and marketing.
