True Religion Apparel signed a distribution agreement for China, Hong Kong and Macao with Hong Kong-based Bright Unity International Ltd. to oversee sales of the company's True Religion Brand Jeans in those territories. Bright Unity International also has distribution rights for Dolce & Gabbana, Just Cavalli, GF Gianfranco Ferr and C'N'C Costume National.
Gap Inc. named Denise Johnston as president of Gap Adult, effective June 5. In the newly created position, Johnston will oversee all aspects of the Gap men's and women's apparel and accessories business, currently the responsibilities of Gap division president Cynthia Harriss, to whom Johnston will report.
