Saks Fifth Avenue Enterprises president and COO Andrew Jennings has been appointed group managing director of Woolworth's, the publicly held, $2.5 billion retail chain based in Capetown, South Africa. Jennings, who announced last week that he would be leaving Saks, will be staying with the company until the end of September and will join Woolworth's in December.
Patricia J. Royak has joined The Warnaco Group Inc. as president of its Calvin Klein Jeans division. She reports to Frank Tworecke, president of the Sportswear Group. Most recently, Royak was vice-president of global brand marketing for Liz Claiborne Apparel and president of Liz Claiborne Europe.
