NEW YORK - VF Corp. chairman and CEO Mackey McDonald is so dedicated to his company and brands that he even named his dog, Buddy Lee, after its Lee Jeans mascot. "As my kids would say, get a life, Mackey," joked Eric Wiseman, president and COO of VF Corp., in introducing his boss as the honoree at the Fashion Institute of Technology's annual fundraising gala last Wednesday. About 600 industry leaders turned out for the benefit at Cipriani 42nd Street, raising over $1 million for the school's scholarship fund.
