You owe the IRS - it's not hopeless.

You owe the Internal Revenue Service ("IRS") a bunch of money. In fact, you owe the IRS so much money that they have started hounding you. You are afraid that the IRS will levy your company. Because they are hounding you, you have not pursued your sales and your income has nose dived.

Or you haven't filed in years, the amount you owe the IRS has spiraled upward. Because you don't want the IRS to find out about this, you continue not to file.
