Q: We are not getting useful information when we send out Year 2000 compliance letters to vendors. What should we do?

A: According to the Cutter Consortium, unfortunately, you cannot expect to receive a lot of good information when you send out a "blizzard" of letters; yet you must send out the letters in an attempt to obtain information necessary to keep your business running as smoothly as possible.
