It all began with a trip to the Wall. Four years ago, while the soon-to-be Broadway show It Ain't Nothin' but the Blues was playing in Washington, D.C., Randal Myler, one of its co-writers, found himself with his days free. So, along with one of the show's distinctively named cast members, musician and composer Chic Street Man, Myler meandered along the Capitol Mall toward the Vietnam Veterans Memorial.
