For many of the Cambodian young people living in Lowell, Mass., who flocked to a local performance in March of River Arts Repertory's multi-media play The Road Home: Stories of Children of War, the play's vivid accounts of Khmer Rouge brutality in their homeland came as a shocking surprise.
