A century-old play snared a playwriting award for its author, Harley Granville-Barker, at this year's Obie award ceremony, honoring achievement Off and Off-Off Broadway. The 1907 political drama Waste made its U.S. debut last March at New York's Theatre for a New Audience, nearly 100 years after it was originally banned in Britain.
