Because of wild tectonic activity, the city of Paris shoots up into the air and lands in...New Jersey! This is the premise of The French Revolution: Part Deux, now running at Rhode Island's Perishable Theatre. Emily Jane O'Dell wrote the play as an undergraduate at Brown University in a workshop with Paula Vogel during the much publicized turmoil over Elian Gonzalez. O'Dell asked herself: "What's a way to talk about this without talking about it directly?"
