LOS ANGELES: At Bilingual Foundation for the Arts, artistic director Margarita Galban is madly in love with Garcia Lorca. "And I don't blame her," says Foundation president Carmen Zapata. Luckily for West Coast audiences, Galban has honed her passion and concocted a veritable stew of the Spanish playwright's work in Lorca's Women, running through March 31.
