Maryland's Round House Theatre will take Manhattan. At least, it will take that island's Central Park and the bit of groundbreaking theatrical history that goes with it. Peeking slyly into the annals of Gotham bureaucracy, Ernest Joselovitz's Shakespeare, Moses and Joe Papp--receiving its world premiere at the Round House through May 5--chronicles the epic battle between New York City planning czar Robert Moses and impresario Joseph Papp over the institution of free Shakespeare in Central Park.
