After performing in her one-woman drama, Surface Transit, produced by D.C.'s Woolly Mammoth Theatre Company this spring, Sarah Jones reappeared onstage to talk about her lawsuit against the Federal Communications Commission. Wearing a T-shirt emblazoned with the words "Fed Up," she apologized for her breach of theatre decorum, but no one seemed to mind: Part of what makes the 28-year-old Jones so compelling is her ability to move gracefully through her roles as poet, playwright, performer and activist.
