Actress Kim Hunter die in September at age 79, felled by a heart attack in her apartment above New York's Cherry Lane Theatre. Hunter's iconic performance as the sensuous Stella Kowalski in both the Broadway and film incarnations of Streetcar Named Desire cemented her place in theatrical and celluloid history--and nabbed her an Oscar.
