LITTLE ROCK, ARK.: Where have all the funny plays gone? That's what Arkansas Repertory Theatre producing artistic director Robert Hupp and artistic associate Brad Mooy found themselves asking while wading through script submissions over the past few years. To rectify the problem, they launched the Rep's Kaufman & Hart Prize for New American Comedy, whose first winner, Tom Dulack's Friends Like These, debuts at the theatre this month (through March 30).
