Washington, D.C.: Talk about Capitol steps. D.C. playwright Nick Olcott has once again reeled in the unauthorized talents of Kitty Kelley, the controversial tell-all biographer who skewered the living daylights out of Nancy Reagan, Frank Sinatra and Jackie Onassis. For Olcott's latest satirical cocktail--a May 12 benefit for Arena Stage--Kelley assumes the guise of Kitty Galore, an archvillainess who aims to conquer the world in a parody of James Bond films set on Capitol Hill during an awful budget crunch.
