Costa Mesa, Calif., and New Haven, Conn.: Amy Freed's Safe in Hell and newcomer Noah Haidle's Mr. Marmalade are performing on the main stage of South Coast Repertory's 7th annual Pacific Playwrights Festival, May 7-9.
