IT'S FITTING THAT WILLIE REALE--ONE OF THE TWO BROTHERS BEHIND A YEAR WITH Frog and Toad--would describe Jeff Church's unearthing of the Reales' much-earlier production for children The Dinosaur Musical as "an archeological feat." Actually, says Church, artistic director of the Coterie Theatre in Kansas City, Mo., he ran across the show in a collection of old scripts from the 52nd Street Project.
